I. GENERAL PROVISIONS

These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of www.kamayoga.bg ("Website"). By visiting, using, and making purchases through the Website, you confirm that you are familiar with these terms and accept them. If you do not agree with all or part of our Terms and Conditions, please do not use our Website.

This Website, as well as all the information contained within it, is owned, operated, and maintained by "API COOPERATIVE BULGARIA" Ltd. ("Company"), headquartered in Bulgaria, Sofia, Macedonia Square No.1, Ground Floor, P.O. Box 1040, with company registration number 203400425. If you need additional information, please contact us via the contact form on the Website or by phone at +359 894 790 775.

Access to the Website and its use, including viewing pages, communication with www.kamayoga.bg, and related Website and social media resources, as well as purchases made, are entirely for personal purposes, which should not be associated in any way with any commercial, business, or professional activity.

The Company is not liable for any use of the Website and its content by any of its users that is not in accordance with the laws and regulations of the Republic of Bulgaria. In the event of malicious actions on your part, you may be held liable for providing false, misleading, or deceptive information or data affecting third parties, as well as for any improper use of such information or data.

These Terms and Conditions may be partially or fully amended and updated by the Company, and they take effect from the date of their publication on the Website without the need for explicit notification to users by the Company. The date of the update is indicated at the end of this page.

II. ORDERING PRODUCTS

The products offered by the Company are sold directly by it and can be ordered through the online store on the Website.

You need to select one or more products from the online catalog and add them to your shopping cart by clicking the "Add" button.

Following the order steps, on the final page, you must fill in your full and accurate personal and delivery information.

Enter your address when choosing the "to address" delivery method or the name of the courier office when selecting the delivery method to an office.

The order is considered submitted when the Company receives your request electronically, along with your details, and the order information is confirmed.

The Company reserves the right not to process orders if they are incomplete or incorrect, or if the products are no longer available (in stock). In such cases, the Company will inform you via email that fulfilling the requested order is not possible, providing the reasons for this. The Company will notify you of the unavailability of the ordered products within ten (10) days from the day your request is received.

By submitting the order request, you are obliged to pay the amount specified in it. The order request will be stored in our database for the time necessary for its processing and fulfillment, as well as for the time stipulated by law.

By submitting the order request, you agree to and commit to following these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any of them, please do not submit your request to purchase products from the Website.

After submitting the order request, you will receive a confirmation of its successful acceptance at your email address.

III. PRODUCT WARRANTIES AND PRICES

The Company offers luxurious and high-quality products for sale. Their main characteristics are displayed and described on each individual product page.

Product prices are subject to change. You must check the final sale price before placing your order with the Company, regardless of the chosen ordering method.

IV. PAYMENTS

Payment for the value of the ordered products and the costs of their delivery and transportation are made by the method selected and indicated when placing the order: cash on delivery via postal money transfer or by debit/credit card.

When paying by debit/credit card, all card data is sent through a secure communication channel directly to the payment operator responsible for verifying the payment, and the Company does not receive it in plain form, does not store it in the store's system, and third parties do not have access to it.

V. DELIVERY OF ORDERED PRODUCTS

The delivery price depends on the chosen method, as follows:

- To an address specified by you via courier company SPEEDY – 9.65 BGN.
- To a selected office in Bulgaria of courier company SPEEDY/DPD – 4.40 BGN.
  - Prices are final, including VAT and fuel surcharge. Additional fees and/or pricing conditions may apply depending on the individual parameters of the shipment or selected additional services.

For orders over 200 BGN, delivery is free within the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria.

Orders made and accepted by 13:00 on a working day are fulfilled the same day and delivered the next working day (e.g., if you place an order on Monday (a working day) by 13:00, the order will be with you on Tuesday). Orders made and accepted after 13:00 on a working day are fulfilled the next working day. Orders made on a non-working day are accepted and fulfilled on the first working day following the non-working day.

On working days, the usual delivery hours are between 9:00 and 17:30. Upon your explicit request, delivery on Saturday is possible, and it will be fulfilled by a courier between 9:00 and 13:00.

If you are not available at the specified address within the specified time or do not go to the selected office of courier company SPEEDY/DPD to receive your package on time, the Company is released from its obligation to fulfill the delivery of the requested order.

Orders placed during promotional campaigns, pre-holiday, and holiday periods are processed within 5 working days and delivered according to the workload of the courier company. The Company is not responsible for delays in delivery due to the courier company's fault!

VI. ORDER CANCELLATION AND RETURN OF PURCHASED PRODUCTS

In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, you may exercise your right to return purchased products without any penalties and without needing to provide a specific reason. You have the right to declare your intent to return within twenty (20) days from the date you received the product, by contacting the Company in advance and declaring your intent in writing via email at support@kamayogaskincare.com.

Only products that have not been opened and removed from the packaging box and/or bag can be returned.

In case of order cancellation and product return, all refundable amounts will be reimbursed in the manner they were paid. If the payment was made by bank card, the refund will be processed within 30 days by initiating a reverse transaction to the card used for the payment.

Products must be returned unused, unopened, and in their entirety in their original packaging. If you wish to return a set, it must include all its parts, each of which meets the described conditions for completeness.

Upon explicit and full compliance with the above conditions, the Company will refund the full amount of the returned products, excluding the delivery costs you incurred (if any), as well as the costs for returning and replacing the products – all courier fees for return and/or re-shipping are paid by you. All amounts will be refunded in the manner they were paid – through direct bank payment, postal money transfer via courier company, or reverse operation on the bank card used for the payment.

The returned products must be sent via a courier company to the Company within seven (7) days from the date you sent your written intent to return and under the conditions specified above. The Company does not accept parcels sent with cash on delivery!

Once the Company receives the returned products and verifies that they meet all the requirements, you will receive an email notification that the returned products have been accepted.

If the returned products do not meet the return conditions, you will be notified. In this case, you may choose to have the products sent back to you at your expense. If you refuse, the Company reserves the right to retain the returned products as well as the amount paid for them.

Please note that any customs duties, taxes, and fees (if any) you paid for the delivery of the purchased products are non-refundable.

VII. PRIVACY AND PERSONAL DATA

The Company strives to improve the technical and organizational aspects of the Website by implementing measures to ensure the security of its services, prevent unauthorized use or access to data, and prevent risks of dissemination, destruction, and loss of data and confidential information regarding Website users, as well as to avoid unauthorized or illegal access to such data and information.

VIII. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

KamaYoga® skincare is a registered trademark.

The content of the Website, including, but not limited to, photos, illustrations, videos, documents, figures, logos, and any other materials published in any format, including menus, parts of web pages, graphics, colors, schemes, tools, fonts, website design, and diagrams, are protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights belonging to the Company and the respective rights holders. Partial or complete reproduction, in any form, of the Website or its content is not permitted without the written consent of the Company.

The Company has the exclusive right to permit or prohibit any reproduction (whether direct or indirect, temporary or permanent, or for any other reason or form, in whole or in part) of the Website and its content. The use of such copies is permitted only for lawful purposes and in accordance with the copyright and other intellectual property rights of the Company and the authors of the works published on the Website.
